Returns & Refund Policy

Overview

This policy defines eligibility requirements, procedural steps, and conditions for all returns and refunds.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Approval is required before any item is sent back.


Return Eligibility

Mandatory Conditions

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • Return must be approved before shipping

Initiation Process

All return requests must be submitted to returns@explicitpoets.com. Requests are reviewed for eligibility before approval is issued.

Return Procedure

  1. Submit return request within 14 days of delivery
  2. Await return authorization (required before shipment)
  3. Ship item back using tracked delivery within 14 days of approval
  4. Item is received and inspected at our warehouse
  5. Refund eligibility is confirmed after inspection
  6. Approved refunds are issued to original payment method

Shipping & Responsibility

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

Tracking Requirement

A valid tracking number is required for all returns. Failure to provide tracking within the required timeframe may result in rejection of the return.

Exceptions & Fees

Promotional Items

All items in promotional bundles must be returned in full. Partial returns are not eligible for refund.

Restocking Fee

A €5 per-item restocking fee applies when returning 3 or more items in a single order.

Uncollected Shipments

Uncollected or refused deliveries may be treated as failed returns. Associated shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any refund issued.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. These fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from refunds where applicable.

Regional Terms

United States Orders

US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Import duties are prepaid at checkout and are non-refundable after delivery or return processing.
