For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import taxes may apply. Customers are responsible for covering these expenses. If not, the package will be abandoned and we cannot issue a refund.
Returns:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. All free shipping thresholds apply to the net, post return, sum of the order. If part of the order is returned and, as a result, the net post return amount drops below the free shipping threshold for the respective shipping address, we reserve the right to charge the shipping cost related to the initial (pre returns) order.
